Edurich International Campus (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager – Education & Partnerships. This role is crucial in driving educational initiatives, fostering partnerships, and enhancing the overall educational experience within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or any Management-related field.
- MBA or PhD qualifications are considered advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial position or in education management.
- Established relationships with international universities will be highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the educational programs offered by Edurich International Campus.
- Foster partnerships with local and international educational institutions to expand opportunities for collaboration, student exchange programs, and joint initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment between curriculum development and industry requirements.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of faculty members, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
- Manage educational projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated on trends and advancements in the field of education, incorporating innovative practices into the organization’s programs.
- Cultivate a positive and conducive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- Represent the organization at educational conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote educational programs and attract prospective students.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on educational initiatives, partnerships, and performance metrics.
