This role is ideal for someone with a diploma in business management, marketing, or HR who is looking to gain valuable experience in administration and student services.
Requirements:
- Completed a diploma program in Business Management, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of administration and student services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration team in managing day-to-day operations, including facilities management, procurement, and office logistics.
- Assist with student services activities, such as admissions, registration, and student support programs.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of office processes.
- Handle student inquiries and provide assistance as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative and student services activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving administrative processes and student services.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Represent the organization professionally in interactions with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
