Edurich International Campus (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager – Administration & Student Services. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes and delivering exceptional services to our students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the education industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of managing administrative functions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and office operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
- Manage student services, including admissions, registration, and student support programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Handle student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on administrative and student services matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and processes.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events as required.
